Pete Brannigan
Pete Brannigan, a fourth-generation San Franciscan, has been a licensed Realtor in San Francisco since 1991. Most of those years he was based in offices located in Noe Valley, where Pete grew up. Pete has been a top producing agent in Noe and surrounding areas for decades while being a participating member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, the California and National Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network, and the Residential Builders Association. As a proud member of the Real Estate Roundtable the last decade, he has collaborated with the Best of the Best of San Francisco’s Top Realtors.
Pete is experienced in helping clients buy and sell every residential property type: vacant lots, single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-unit buildings. He has sold many fixer type properties and later resold those homes after much expansion and refinement as luxury homes. Silvia Zeng
Born and raised in San Francisco, Silvia believes there is something for everyone in our City and is passionate about helping people find their place among the region’s many eclectic microclimates.
Though she officially started in real estate in 2018, helping people find their dream home runs in her blood. Her father has been in the construction business for over 30 years and Silvia grew up on job sites and developments. She became involved with the family business early on, helping her dad with office work, accumulating knowledge about design and construction, the permit process, and building codes.
Not only does Silvia possess a comprehensive understanding of real estate, but she makes sure her clients do, too. Silvia utilizes a supportive, thoughtful approach, truly listening to what her clients want and need and clarifying any areas of confusion. She makes sure to educate her clients, carefully explaining each contract, agreement, and disclosure involved in the process so her clients feel comfortable and empowered.
In her free time, Silvia can be found volunteering with nonprofits like Home for a Home and Upwardly Global. She also enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, golfing, and running on the beach. Her more low-key hobbies include clay wheel-throwing, playing piano, and cozying up with a good book at one of San Francisco’s many wonderful cafes.

Pete did a fantastic job helping us sell our home in Noe Valley. He sold it without putting it on the market at a price over the asking price, all while we were on a two week vacation! He coordinated all showings and inspections during times that didn’t disturb us.

I agree with the review that states that five stars is not enough for Pete. He is terrific. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not at least set up an introduction meeting with him before selecting a real estate agent. Here are some reasons. He is very knowledgeable about the City’s various neighborhoods, as a long time resident of the City. He listens to what you are interested in, and shows you listings that correspond to your interests.
Most importantly, he is great at noticing negative points about a property. most of which I have not noticed (I am a potential Buyer). Understandably, a real estate agent inherently has a conflict of interest b/c he/she only gets paid if the transaction closes. For example, when I purchased a condo once before, the agent said only good things about the property, and it turned into “the money pit.” I sold it two and a half years later at a more than $50k loss. I trust Pete 110%.
He constantly reminds me ” no pressure,” and genuinely seems more interested in finding you a place where you will be happy than in closing a deal. In addition, he is a fun person to ride in a car with looking at various properties! I give him my highest recommendation.
Five stars is not enough for Pete
Five stars is not enough for Pete. I know that I’ll come off sounding like an advertisement, but I absolutely believe that Pete is the best in the business. He is smart, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, fair, dependable, and easy to work with. Above all, Pete is a man of integrity.
I’ve done six real estate transactions with Pete (bought three, sold three – story below) and each time Pete has delivered results above and beyond all expectations. Pete’s knowledge of San Francisco real estate and his connections to all kinds of businesses (mortgage brokers, lenders, title companies, stagers, all kinds of contractors and builders) has made everything go smoothly every time. And when there are bumps in the road, Pete has taken care of everything.
I’ve been a client of Pete’s since 1998, when I started looking for a house to buy in San Francisco. I didn’t really know what I wanted and it was a crazy time in the market. Pete worked with me for 14 months before finding the perfect property, and was incredibly patient and flexible as he helped me figure out what was really important to me in a house. We made several offers, with Pete giving great advice and support every time. The house I ended up buying was listed for sale by owner. The truth is, without Pete, I never would have found it. It was a great house, and I got it at a great price.
In 2004, my future wife and I decided to move in together to a set of condos, one of which she already owned. I ended up selling my house and buying the other unit in the two unit building, and we lived in both. Pete sold my house and helped me buy the condo. Pete helped get the house ready for sale, hiring stagers, doing “all the little things” to make the house look its best and to make things go smoothly. The results were amazing: we got multiple offers over asking and closed in less than two weeks (well, it was 2004!).
This past year, my wife and I found a house we both really loved and decided to go for it and sell both of our condos and purchase the house. It has been quite an adventure. Pete helped us put the right offer together to get our dream house at a fair price and has worked with us every step of the way – taking care of each and every detail. He also did all the work to get our condos ready for sale (and it was quite a bit of work). Pete coordinated all the contractors, dealt with some sticky neighbor issues and just generally made magic happen. In this down market, we got multiple offers above asking after only 10 days on the market. The condos both closed within 45 days.
When you work with Pete, he makes you feel that you are his only client. He is always available – by phone, email, text. He answers his phone or returns your call promptly. He goes out of his way to make things easy for you. I just couldn’t be happier with Pete. In fact, I am sure that he is simply the best agent out there.
I would never consider buying or selling in San Francisco without an agent, and I wholeheartedly recommend Pete as the finest in the business.
